amalgamation of joy and sorrow....

It was Friday, June 18, 2010. I was sipping a cup of coffee st Alina's Bakery cafe and watching the game between Germany and Serbia. The big projection screen they had set up displayed the fast paced game. A lot of other people were also enjoying the game. A cool breeze brushed my face. And, suddenly I felt so good. I was happy to realize that I was ejoying the game like that. And suddenly, out of nowhere a strange melancholy filled my heart. There are so many un privilidged/under priviledged people in the world who have to compromise with things they would have loved to desire. I felt guilty in some way....Could not analyze my feelings, a strange amalgamation of joy and sorrow....
